About International Orders

Shipping fees are calculated and billed separately when your order is packaged and ready to ship. We ship via DHL.

The merchandise which have been ordered before 13:00 JST will be shipped the following day except Saturday, Sundays and holidays unless otherwise specified.

Merchandise will be shipped through DHL. However, they can be shipped differently as required by the destination countries. Under the ordinary condition, international shipping will take approximately from two weeks to maximum of four weeks depending on the destinations. Shipment’s tracking service is provided by DHL. We will send “tracking number” to customers.

A careful packing is being guaranteed, however, any unexpected damage was seen on delivery, simply do not accept the package and check the contents together with local post office staff.

Regarding Import Duties or Taxes for International Orders

Depending on the laws and regulations of your country, your order may be subject to import duties or taxes upon arrival at your local port of entry. Whether import fees are charged and at what rate will usually depends on what country the shipment was sent from, the value of the package, and package contents. If you are concerned about the possibility of being charged import fees, please be sure to look up the regulations for your country in advance. 

Any import taxes, duties, or fees that may be incurred are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot assist with the payment of these fees or provide any discounts or refunds in relation to these fees.

Returns and Exchanges

We do our best to provide images that show the true colors of each item, but the colors displayed may vary depending on the device or settings used. Exchanges may be possible if the item is in stock, but the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. We cannot accept exchanges for items that are not in their original packaging and condition. This applies to any labels or tags of any kind on the items as well in the case the items are soiled or marked in any way.


For cancellations made as indicated above, 100% of the cost of the order will be reimbursed.

For cancellations made during other periods, the fee for having a shipped item returned before delivery will be deducted from the reimbursement amount. For orders that have been received and opened by the customer, please seeReturns and Exchanges above.
